Reporting to the Store Manager, work closely with other staff to exceptionally fulfil their duties.

Key responsibilities/accountabilities
Positive Relationships
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction is maximised and sales achieved
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the reputation of Bliss & Beyond
Positive Communication
- Contribute to the sales team to meet sales targets and KPI’s
- Be creative and identify ways to attract new customers and increase store traffic
- Interact kindly and respectfully with all stakeholders
- Be able to create social media content for the store when required
- Develop and arrange promotional material and instore displays
Positive Operations
- Visual merchandising of stock to ensure consistent rotation and aesthetic appeal when required
- Maintain high level of security of stock via visual and operational means
- Ensure company and store policy and procedures are maintained and adhered to
- Contribute to the upkeep of store presentation – cleanliness
- Maintain high levels of workplace health and safety instore for all staff and customers
